Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms explain the paid Congiugno Pro subscription for the Congiugno iOS app. They are provided by Anton Platonov, established in Bologna, Italy, with PEC [email protected]. Full operator details are published at congiugno.com/note-legali.
1. App licence
The Congiugno iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless Apple shows you different terms. These Subscription Terms do not replace Apple’s licence terms; they cover the paid Congiugno Pro subscription and related consumer information.
2. Congiugno Pro
Congiugno is an Italian-verb conjugation drill. The free tier includes selected practice for Presente, Imperfetto, Passato Prossimo, and Futuro. Congiugno Pro unlocks additional blocks inside those tenses plus Condizionale, Congiuntivo, and Imperativo.
3. Plans, trial, and renewal
Congiugno Pro is available as monthly and quarterly auto-renewing subscriptions. The price that controls is the price shown by the App Store on your device at purchase, in your local currency and inclusive of applicable taxes.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The subscription begins billing at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. After that, it renews automatically for the same period until cancelled. Apple charges your Apple ID within 24 hours before renewal.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time in App Store > profile photo > Subscriptions > Congiugno > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or paid period ends.
Apple processes purchases as merchant of record. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under EU or Italian law. EU/EEA/UK/Swiss consumers ordinarily have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content or services. By starting a subscription or free trial, you ask for immediate Pro access and acknowledge that the withdrawal right may be lost once Pro is unlocked, where applicable law permits. Apple’s refund policy may still apply.
6. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these Subscription Terms by posting a new version at this URL. These Subscription Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers also keep any mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence and may bring disputes before courts allowed by consumer law. Non-consumer disputes are subject to the courts of Bologna, Italy.
