Congiugno support and subscription help

Restore purchases

If you already subscribed but Pro is not unlocked, open Congiugno, go to Settings, tap Upgrade to Pro, then tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen.

Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store app, tap your profile photo, tap Subscriptions, choose Congiugno, then tap Cancel Subscription.

Request a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Reset progress

If you want to erase local progress and start again, delete Congiugno from your device and reinstall it.

Daily reminders

You can enable or disable daily reminders in Settings. Reminders are local notifications on your device.

Data and privacy

Congiugno stores drill progress on your device. Analytics are optional and can be disabled from the Privacy screen.
